Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) is the leading provider of integrated ground handling and airline catering services at Singapore Changi Airport.

With 60 years of operating experience and a presence in more than 40 airports in the Asia Pacific region, SATS is dedicated to providing airport ground handling, inflight catering and aviation security services of the highest quality.

SATS offers a comprehensive range of airport ground handling services, including air freight handling, baggage handling, passenger services and apron (ramp) services.

SATS also provides inflight catering as well as aircraft interior cleaning and cabin services.

In the area of aviation security, SATS provides comprehensive anti-sabotage checks, baggage and cargo screening, fradulent document checks, and guard and escort services.

SATS has won numerous awards in the areas of customer service and product quality, including being recognised as the Best Air Cargo Terminal Operator in Asia in the 2006 Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards for the tenth time. It has also consistently been conferred awards by airline customers for outstanding service and product offerings.
