Aerolog Express, a majority-owned subsidiary of SATS, commenced its business operations in January 2002. Using a state-of-the-art technology, Aerolog Express implemented Aerogistics, a system-driven cargo clearance process that increases the productivity and efficiency of freight forwarders and cargo contractors in handling cargo deliveries.
The Aerogistics system provides a one-stop service for air cargo clearance and ground transportation. It is a web-enabled, order fulfillment system with transportation optimisation and scheduling capabilities. The system is interfaced with SATS Cargo System (COSYS) to meet the high expectations of today's customer demands for effective utilisation of assets and reliable on-time delivery.
