We are the first ground-handler in the world to introduce the Premier Check-in Lounge, combining the comfort of a dedicated lounge with the convenience of a private check-in facility. Available exclusively to passengers travelling on First and Business Classes with our airline clients, the Premier Club Lounge provides passengers the option of checking-in at the lounge and thereafter proceeding directly to Immigration through private doors.

In 2006, we refurbished the SATS Premier Club to suit the evolving needs of top-tier travellers. The luxurious lounge is 70 percent larger and is equipped with improved shower facilities, massage chairs and private rest booths for the comfort of the passengers. Furthermore, premium passengers can utilise the high-tech workstations and Internet telephony conference facilities at the Club's expanded business centre.

Following an extensive refurbishment in 2005, the SATS Premier Club Lounge at Terminal 2 of Singapore Changi Airport now offers a wider range of facilities than previously available. Able to accommodate up to 142 travellers, premier passengers of our airline customers can now relax in massage chairs, take advantage of expanded restroom and shower facilities and tuck into a generous buffet spread. In addition, plasma TVs and a business centre equipped with broadband internet access provide a welcome distraction to airline passengers waiting to board their flights.
