Launched in August 2005, the Special Care Check-in Lounge is a unique facility at Singapore Changi Airport, the lounge provides dedicated check-in facilities for special-needs airline passengers, who can now check-in with ease and comfort at the lounge instead of queueing at check-in counters.

The Special Care Check-in Lounge is located in the departure hall of Terminal 1 at Singapore Changi Airport.
