Singapore Airport Terminal Services Limited (SATS) acquired 100% of Menzies Aviation (Hong Kong) Ltd (MAHK) on 11 November 2008. MAHK has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SATS and has been renamed SATS HK Limited on 7 April 2009. SATS HK currently provides passenger and ramp handling services including baggage handling, load control and flight operations to various airlines. |
