From learning key aspects of our business to pursuing higher education in specialised fields, our Graduate Assimilation Programmes are designed to prepare university and polytechnic graduates for an exciting and rewarding career with us.

Our Programmes

1. Graduate Assimilation Programme (GAP)

For university graduates looking to embark on a career with us, this is an intensive programme that will provide you with first-hand insights and exposure to key aspects of our business.

Successful candidates will be rotated through different work attachments, undergo training and be assigned projects for a chance to develop functional knowledge and crucial career skills. Upon completion of the programme, you will then be assigned to one of the many business units in SATS.

Applicants will go through a comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process that comprises of the following stages:

Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
Stage 2: Interview with Human Capital team
Stage 3: Assessment
Stage 4: Interview with Senior Management
Stage 5: Offer

Applications are open from December to February for the annual intake in July.

2. Polytechnic Graduate Assimilation Programme (Poly GAP)

Part of the SkillsFuture’s Earn and Learn Programme, this is an ideal opportunity for diploma holders to pursue a career in the dynamic air transport sector while fulfilling their aspirations for higher education at the same time.

Successful candidates will undergo six months of carefully curated on-the-job training that will cover key aspects of the air transport sector. This will be following by 12 months of part-time work-study arrangements.

Upon completion, each individual will earn a Specialist Diploma in Aviation Management by SIM Global Education.

Eligibility:

  • Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Applicants must be within three years of graduating from a local polytechnic or within three years from the Operational Ready Date for National Servicemen
