RFI (EOI) Expression of Interest for KEC (Kitchen Equipment Contractor) to central kitchen (FROZEN Food MFG) at Kempegowda Airport.

SATS Food Solutions India Private Limited, Company Registration No. U15490MH2021FTC362838, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Air India SATS Airfreight Terminal, Coolport, 1st Floor, BIAL, Devanahalli, Bangalore-560300, wishes to construct a State of Art Central Kitchen Building cum Frozen Food Manufacturing Unit (“Project”) as per its requirements on land bearing Survey No. 55(Part), measuring over 6.67 Acres at Village Yerthiganahalli in Bangalore ( BACL compliant) of approximate Built-Up Area of 1.95 Lakhs sft. The Company accordingly intends to invite all bidders with an interest to this unique new opportunity to submit the attached Pre-Qualification form here.

(2) Evaluation Criteria; Pre-Qualification of Contractors will be evaluated based on the Following criteria: 
 Detailed Pre-Qualification Form
 Based on the Earlier Supplied orders 
 Manufacturing Unit/ Factory Set up 

(3) Eligibility: 

3.A) Profile of firm/Contractor : 
3.a.i. Name, Address, telephone and e-mail address of the firm
3.a.ii. Ownership and Organizational Structure of the Firm 
3.a.iii. Year of Establishment 

3.B) Experience - Number of Similar assignments of comparable sizes with project duration. 
3.b.i. 3 Years 
3.b.ii. 5 years 
3.b.iii. 10 years

Only shortlisted companies will be invited to Bid after the qualification process. 
Attached BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for Kitchen Equipment Contractors ranges from X-ray machines to kitchen ventilation ducts and work tables.
