Our Programmes

1. Work-Study Certificate leading to Diploma in Engineering (Aviation Management)

The SkillsFuture Work-Study Certificate programme is a 12-month programme leading to the part-time Diploma in Engineering (Aviation Management). 

The programmes aims to equip participants with comprehensive air transport-related skill sets and knowledge needed to support the growth of the aviation industry.

Selected candidates may work as full-time Customer Service Agents, Operations Assistants (Lost and Found) or Ramp Servicemen while studying part-time for the diploma in Temasek Polytechnic. 

Applications are open year-round with two intakes a year in April and October.

2. Work-Study Post-Diploma (Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management)

This is a 12-month structured training programme which includes on-the-job training, facilitated or e-Learning training and company-based projects leading to a Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management.

The Post-Diploma Certificate aims to provide participants with foundational knowledge of supply chain operations. Successful candidates will complete six modules on inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation operations, freight services, specialised logistics in cold chain management and pharmaceutical/bio-chemical supply chain management. 

Candidates may join the programme as Trainee Cargo Officers in SATS. Applications are open from July every year for the annual intake in October.

3. Work-Study Diploma in Airport Operations

 

This is an 30-month Work-Study Programme where trainees go through classroom facilitation and on-the-job training to develop and deepen relevant occupational and industry skills.

Trainees will be employed as full-time employees while studying part-time in ITE College East. You will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide airport ground-handling services, which include managing operations, implementing Standard Operating Procedures, operating different equipment/vehicles, and deploying technological tools to address customers and stakeholders’ needs.

Eligibility

  • Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Applicants must be within three years of graduating from the Institute of Technical Education or within three years from the Operational Ready Date for National Servicemen.
