Our Programmes
For university graduates looking to embark on a career with us, this is an intensive programme that will provide you with first-hand insights and exposure to key aspects of our business.
Successful candidates will be rotated through different work attachments, undergo training and be assigned projects for a chance to develop functional knowledge and crucial career skills. Upon completion of the programme, you will then be assigned to one of the many business units in SATS.
Applicants will go through a comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process that comprises of the following stages:
Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
Stage 2: Case Study Discussion
Stage 3: Interview with Senior Management
Stage 4: Offer
Applications are open from December to February for the annual intake in July.
