Application Process
Applicants will go through a comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process that comprises the following stages:
- Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
- Stage 2: Group case study assessment
- Stage 3: Panel Interview with Senior Management
- Stage 4: Offer
GAP is an accelerated one-year programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to undergo an intensive one-year structured job rotation programme. You will embark on special projects, receive mentoring and coaching from the respective Business Units, and network with senior management.
We welcome graduates from all degree majors.
You will get the opportunity to experience SATS three main functional streams: Gateway Services, Food Solutions and Corporate Services. Your rotation assignment across these functional streams will be based on business needs.
GAP will commence in July 2024, you may expect to receive the offer by May 2024.
