Referral Scheme of S$488.00 for SATS Security Services - from 19 April to 30 September 2021
- Each successfully shortlisted applicant for SATS Security Services (“Shortlisted Original Applicant”) is eligible to receive a one-time cash incentive of S$488.00 (“Referral Incentive”)
for each other successfully shortlisted applicant (“Shortlisted Referred Applicant”) referred by the Shortlisted Original Applicant, provided always that:
- The Shortlisted Referred Applicant must acknowledge and agree that he/she had been referred to SATS Security Services by the Shortlisted Original Applicant.
- Both the Shortlisted Original Applicant and the Shortlisted Referred Applicant must have completed 6 months’ of service (for those without probation) and be fully confirmed in appointment.
- Both the Shortlisted Original Applicant and the Shortlisted Referred Applicant must be in active service at the time of the proposed Referral Incentive payout.
- Each Shortlisted Original Applicant will only receive a maximum of five (5) Referral Incentives per calendar year notwithstanding that he/she may refer more than five (5) Shortlisted Referred Applicants to SATS Security Services.
- Other terms and conditions set out in SATS’ general employment handbook (subject to change at SATS’ absolute discretion) shall apply.
