Synopsis

As one of SATS’ wholly-owned subsidiaries, Country Foods (CF) is one of the biggest meat importer, distributor and processor in Singapore with more than 1,000 clients and 800 white-label and branded products, including Farmpride and Amir’s.

CF is currently using Navision 2016 as its ERP. CF wants to re-implement its ERP on MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain for these areas: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Production & Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance, Finance.

Vendor is expected to design and implement a solution which will minimise manual effort and be replicable & scalable to overseas entities on similar business model. The scope includes interfaces to CF’s bank, 3 major CF customers (orders), Ariba (inter-company orders), InforNexus (for arrival date of overseas shipments), Blue Yonder (for forecasting), Infolog WMS & 3PL (for inventory management), Hyperion (for financial consolidation/ reporting), SuccessFactors (for payroll) and BizMan (as document repository). The vendor is also expected to support the system for at least the first year after cutover.
