CW2504Z219 - Application Cybersecurity Assessment against Singapore Standard Technical Reference 68 (TR68) for SATS Autonomous Trial Bus
SATS Airport Services Pte Ltd is carrying out a technical trial on autonomous bus (AV Bus). This is in collaboration with SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) and Changi Airport Group (CAG).
As part of the project’s overall security review, a third-party assessment of the AV Bus’s in-bus cybersecurity architecture is required. This is to assess its compliance to the relevant Singapore Standards known as Technical Reference 68 (TR68), and in particular its’ Part 3.
SATS is seeking to appoint a vendor to:
- Conduct a third-party cybersecurity assessment for the AV Bus based on Part 3 of TR68, including scope, methodology, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
- The appointed vendor shall be able to, under this proposed agreement, carry out the following activities throughout the appointed contract:
- System Review
- Threat risk assessment: and
- Cybersecurity testing of vehicle in four areas:
- Vulnerability analysis
- Fuzz testing
- Attack simulation
- Vulnerability scanning
Quotation Closing date: 6 June 2025 before 1200 hrs (Singapore Time)
Quotation document will be available for download in Ariba. Suppliers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified quotation closing date and time.
