CW2505I256 Supply, Delivery and Installation for Call Recording System at SATS ICC1 and ICC2
SATS Catering will be carrying an RFQ for Supply, Delivery and Installation for Call Recording System at SATS ICC1 and ICC2.
Functionality:
The vendor shall be able to record conversation on 4 phone lines located at SICC1 and SICC2.
The system proposed should be able to allow for additional phone line to be added in future, with capacity at least total 10 phone lines (including the current lines)
All the 4-phone lines are on Avaya PABX, and system needs to be integrated with the current Avaya PABX.
The recordings will be stored for at least 1 year and option to provide recording of walkie talkie.
Quotation document will be available for download in Ariba. Suppliers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified quotation closing date and time.
