SATS APS Onboard Retail (APSOR) supplies and sells F&B items onboard to the LCC airline. The scope of the service includes the provision of a complete Point of Sale (POS) solution to be used onboard by the cabin crew, in an offline environment and the corresponding sales reports and reconciliation on ground.
The expectation is to have a one-stop-shop vendor providing a comprehensive solution, which will include POS solution, integrated POS terminals, payment gateway and all the integration works required for all systems and devices (which will include integration from 3rd party platforms) within one device. Further to also streamline and simplify the sales reconciliation process for both cash (multiple currencies) and credit card collections.
