SATS 52nd Annual General Meeting
SATS will be convening its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Grand Ballroom, Level 4, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, 392 Havelock Road, Singapore 169663 on Friday, 25 July 2025 at 11.00 a.m. The meeting will be held in a wholly physical format. There will be no option for shareholders to participate virtually. We have uploaded our AGM 2025 documents below and on the SGX website.
