SATS 50th Annual General Meeting
SATS will be convening its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Garden Ballroom, Level 1, Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay, 6 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039594 on Friday, 21 July 2023 at 11.00 a.m. (Singapore time). The meeting will be held in a wholly physical format. There will be no option for shareholders to participate virtually. We have uploaded our AGM 2023 documents below and on the SGX website.
