We are located at:

20 Airport Boulevard

WFS

WFS has been a member of the SATS Group since April 2023. WFS is a global aviation services company principally focused on cargo handling. In addition to its broader cargo handling capabilities, WFS also provides ground handling services such as passenger and apron services which include ramp handling, baggage handling and passenger handling such as check-in, onboarding, and aircraft interior cleaning services.

WFS is a highly strategic and complementary asset that will transform the SATS Group’s portfolio and enable the SATS Group to become a leading global air cargo handler with an enlarged footprint and the ability to service customers on a global scale.

Both SATS and WFS have a long history and deep knowledge of the aviation industry. SATS is a leading provider of food solutions and gateway services in Asia, while WFS is a leading air cargo logistics provider globally with ground handling capabilities.  As a combined company, SATS and WFS create an Americas-Europe-APAC network with a global footprint of more than 210 cargo and ground handling stations in 27 countries, covering trade routes responsible for more than 50% of global air cargo volume. Together, the combined business will be positioned to continue the growth of the collective network and our portfolio will be geographically diversified and better able to meet our customers’ needs for seamless global support, tapping into a long-term trend of demand for air cargo handling.

SATS’ combined presence with WFS across Asia Pacific, United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, positions it at the centre of global trade flows for air cargo. The group now operates at more of the busiest airports and the largest air cargo hubs in the world. SATS is present in five of the top 10 cargo airports in North America and Europe, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, London, Frankfurt and Paris, as well as in four of the top 10 cargo airports in Asia, including Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore and Beijing.

WFS/SATS customers include passenger and freighter airlines, freight forwarders and e-commerce companies. The group also works closely with airport management, government agencies and many other suppliers in the aviation eco-system.

WFS/SATS offers a comprehensive range of airfreight handling, ground handling, and aviation security services. Its airfreight handling includes general cargo, perishable cargo, dangerous goods, mail, and e-commerce shipments. Its ground handling services include passenger and apron services, such as ramp handling, baggage handling, passenger check-in and onboarding, and aircraft interior cleaning. WFS/SATS also offers an EU-wide trucking and offline handling network.
