Apron Services

Select a position to find out more:


  • Supervise flight handling and manage operations to ensure smooth aircraft handling.
  • Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic.

  • Support the coordination of cleaning teams to ensure aircraft are ready for departure on schedule.
  • Keep track of flight schedule updates and communicate changes to operational teams in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cleaning activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service quality are consistently achieved.
  • Respond to ad-hoc operational requests and help manage last-minute flight requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and perform other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Attend to passengers on arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
  • Assist passengers with odd size bags.

  • Maintenance of material handling equipment, forklifts, tractors, equipment and various systems.
  • Troubleshoot functions and undertake basic repair work.

  • Plan and check daily aircraft movements.
  • Prepare and manage staff depolyment schedules.

Cargo Services

Aviation Catering

  • Maintain commercial kitchen equipment and systems to ensure they remain fully operational and service-ready at all times.

  • Support meal production and plating in accordance to specifications and customer requirements.

  • Prepare inflight meals in commercial kitchens.
  • Plan and produce meals according to airline requirements.

  • Preset and assemble inflight meal trays in accordance to airline specifications and requirements.

  • Drive Hi-Lift or van for daily operational needs.
  • Load and unload meals safely and efficiently.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Specialising in 1 of 4 functions below:

  • Production - Support dishing operations by retrieving pax loads, ensuring timely meal assembly and operating production equipment.
  • Cabin Handling - Handle and transport meals, meal carts and relevant items between the kitchen and aircraft.
  • Tray Assembly - Support meal cart assembly by ensuring accurate item collection, equipment completeness, handling last-minute requests and updating systems accordingly.
  • Equipment - Conduct quality checks on meal carts and equipment, ensure proper fit and safety, perform repacking as needed and coordinate timely adjustments to aircraft or loading plan changes.
