Class 3 driving license required

Perform cargo acceptance & manifesting

Other duties also include warehousing work & preparing cargo for shipment.

Supervise baggage operations to ensure baggage are dispatched to aircraft in a timely manner

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic

Supervise flight handling and manage ramp operations to ensure smooth aircraft handling

Operate heavy equipment and lead a team of staff to uplift and/or offload airline items to and from the aircraft as per our airlines' requirements

Class 3 driving license required

Drive and load baggage

Responsible for dispatch of baggage to respective flights

Plan & check daily aircraft movements

Prepare & manage staff depolyment schedules

Attend to passengers ar arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage

Assist passengers with odd size bags

Operate equipment that requires a class 3 driving license, such as tractors, at the airside

Maintenance of material handling equipment, forklifts, tractors, equipment & various systems

Troubleshoot functions and undertake basic repair work

Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival & ensuring a smooth departure process

Provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges

Handle meet/greet services & perform basic computerized transactions
