Welcome to WFS | Brazil Academy!

We are a corporate university created to support the training and development projects of professionals who are part of our staff. Our online platform is a channel for continuous training. With it, we have expanded our in-person and distance learning training activities.

To this end, we have two very important training lines: Technical Training for specific qualifications and Human and Behavioral Development Training, in order to develop new skills and abilities according to the needs of our professionals. Both aim to prepare and stimulate the development of our people for evolution in their own activity and in the transition of positions.

The WFS | Brazil Training Center is a reference in the aviation sector, and therefore, we believe that when there are highly qualified professionals, it is easier to engage people and boost their individual development and that of our teams, contributing to the purpose of WFS | Orbital: To be the best option for specialists in the development of customized solutions in the airport services sector.

Your success starts here.

AVSEC training is a mandatory requirement and aims to address the responsibilities and procedures related to Civil Aviation Security (AVSEC). The main focus is to train professionals who will perform operational activities related to AVSEC, aiming at actions against acts of unlawful interference, in addition to raising awareness among other professionals in other operational activities about the responsibility and importance of security awareness.

The training in the operational modality (ramp and passenger service) aims to qualify professionals to apply best practices and operational procedures related to the different specific support activities for aircraft on the ground, passengers and their baggage, crew, air cargo, among others. The training will specifically address each of the support activities developed by the company, with their technical specificities and based on the best international practices recommended by IATA, through the Airport Handling Manual (AHM), in accordance with the internal regulations of ANAC and ANVISA, always focusing primarily on the aspects of safe operation (operational safety/safety).

Air Transport Dangerous Goods training is a mandatory requirement for all civil aviation operational activities and aims to prepare professionals from the most diverse civil aviation activities to identify these products, handle them correctly, and carry out transportation and loading and unloading procedures on aircraft or at cargo terminals, as set out in the IATA manual (Dangerous Goods Regulation - DGR) and ANAC RBAC 175. Our Training Center is approved by the National Civil Aviation Agency - ANAC to provide training for all categories (CAT 1 to CAT 17).
