Henry Low is the Chief Executive Officer of SATS Singapore Hub, a key division of Gateway Services responsible for passenger, ground, cargo and security services at one of the world's busiest international air hubs. Under his leadership, the division leverages a future-ready workforce and advanced systems to support global airline customers in Singapore.
Prior to his current appointment, Henry served as the Chief Operating Officer of the SATS Group, where he oversaw key corporate functions including technology and data, operational excellence, safety and enterprise risk management. Henry joined SATS in October 2022 as the Global Head of Special Projects, leading strategic integration initiatives and transformation programmes across the Group.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Henry has a diverse background across business, technology, and operations. Before joining SATS, Henry spent over a decade with Amazon, including as director and country manager for Amazon Singapore, where he led the launch and scaling of Amazon.sg and Amazon Fresh. Henry also managed several UK fulfilment centres, served as the Asia Pacific operations director for specialty fulfilment, and was a key member of the international leadership team for new marketplace expansions. Additionally, he was on the board of directors for Amazon Asia Pacific Holdings, Amazon Payments, and the Infocomm Media Development Authority. Prior to his corporate career, Henry held senior command and staff roles for 15 years within the Singapore Ministry of Defence.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from University College London, UK, and a Master of Business Administration (Honours) from IMD, Switzerland.
