For university graduates looking to embark on a career with us, this is an intensive programme that will provide you with first-hand insights and exposure to key aspects of our business.

Successful candidates will be rotated through different work attachments, undergo training and be assigned projects for a chance to develop functional knowledge and crucial career skills. Upon completion of the programme, you will then be assigned to one of the many business units in SATS.

Applicants will go through a comprehensive and robust selection and assessment process that comprises of the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
  • Stage 2: Case Study Discussion
  • Stage 3: Interview with Senior Management
  • Stage 4: Offer

 

Applications are open from December to February for the annual intake in July.

SATS GAP is an accelerated 1-year programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to undergo an intensive 1-year structured job rotation programme. You will embark on special projects, receive mentoring and coaching from the respective Business Units, and network with senior management.

SATS welcome graduates from all degree majors.

You will get the opportunity to experience SATS three main functional streams: Gateway Services, Food Solutions and Corporate Services. Your rotation assignment across these functional streams will be based on business needs.

SATS GAP will commence in July 2025, so you should expect to receive our offer by May 2025.
