As required by the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), available below is SATS’ corporate governance policies and practices with specific reference to the principles set out in the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (the “Code”).


The SATS Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which is available below, sets out the expectations on how we deal with stakeholders, customers, business partners, suppliers and colleagues. This Code of Ethics applies to all SATS subsidiaries in our network.
