At SATS, we are committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in our conduct of business. This means that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent, illegal, unethical or improper activity.
Our whistle-blowing policy provides for the reporting of actual or suspected wrong-doings committed by any SATS employee or partner for investigation and disciplinary action. By reporting such activity, you can help ensure that our organisation continues to be a safe and ethical place to work.
Our whistleblowing management team prioritises reports which fall into the following 5 categories.
If you have a general enquiry or compliment to share, please submit your questions or comments using our General Enquiry online form.
It is essential that you feel secure when raising a concern. All communications and related investigations are treated with maximum confidentiality, in line with strict protocols while subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Anonymous complaints may be considered, taking into account factors such as the seriousness of the issues raised, credibility of the concern, and likelihood of confirming the allegation from attributable sources. However, if you do choose to remain anonymous and do not provide us with a means to contact you, this may hinder the investigation process and our ability to address your concern.
If you suspect any SATS employee or partner to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, unethical or improper activities, please lodge a report through any of the following whistle-blowing channels:
