For those eager to squeeze in a workout before or after your shift, we’ve got you covered with various options.
First up, right at the ICC1 is a complimentary gym facility for all employees. It’s conveniently located at Level 4 and free of charge.
If you’re looking for a more specialised experience, consider checking out The Gym Pod and Flow Pod. These fitness pods offer solo workouts and fitness classes, although do note that they come with a slightly higher price tag.
