SAS Airport Services Pte Ltd (“SAS”) invites tenders for the Design and Build Works at its tenanted spaces within Changi Airport:

Terminal 3 – A11 Ramp Office #01-10A

Terminal 3 – Adjoining A11 Ramp Office #01-10

Terminal 1 – C15 Ramp Office #01-66

Terminal 1 – C11 Ramp Office #01-61

Terminal 2 – F32 Ramp Office #01-833

The scope of work includes full design and build services, comprising labour, materials, tools, and equipment. Interested parties are invited to submit their tenders in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents.

Tender Details:

Submission of Interest Deadline: 29 September 2025, 1000hrs (Singapore Time)

Tender Closing Date: 27 October 2025, 1400hrs (Singapore Time)

All interested Tenderers, are to register their attendance and provide the following details in excel format by 29 September 2025, 1000hrs via email to Daniel (MuhdDanielshafiq_S@sats.com.sg)  and Ashwin (Ashwin_Sathappan@sats.com.sg):
