Mr Malcolm Wilson joined the SATS Board on 15 January 2026 as a Non-Executive and Independent Director. He currently serves as a member of the Safety, Sustainability and Risk Committee and the Remuneration and Human Resource Committee.
He is currently the Executive Board member (CEO) of Dawson Group, a portfolio company of KKR & Co., Inc.
With 30 years of executive leadership managing multinational supply chain operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Mr Wilson brings extensive industry expertise to his roles. He served as an Executive Board Member and CEO at GXO Logistics Inc., a large company listed on NYSE, from August 2021 until his retirement in July 2025, overseeing operations across multiple countries. Previously, he held the position of CEO at XPO Logistics Europe (XPO) from September 2017 to August 2021 and Managing Director, Logistics, Europe of XPO from June 2015 to September 2017. Mr Wilson joined XPO following its acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle, where he led the logistics division and served on the executive board.
Mr Wilson was awarded Lifetime Achievement Award at the ninth annual Logistics UK Awards in December 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Lancashire in the United Kingdom.
