Samuel Koh


Chief Executive Officer, Food Solutions

Samuel joined SATS as Chief Executive Officer, Food Solutions (Designate), in October 2025 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, Food Solutions, on 1 January 2026.

Samuel brings over 25 years of leadership experience across leading blue-chip multinationals, including The Coca-Cola Company, Yum! Brands Inc., Unilever, and Bain & Company. He has held senior global and regional roles in general management, business development, finance, and strategy, and has established a strong track record in driving transformative growth, enhancing shareholder value, and building high-performing teams. 

Prior to joining SATS, Samuel served as group chief financial officer of Dah Chong Hong Holdings, a leading Asian conglomerate with diverse businesses in food, aviation, automotive, logistics, and healthcare. In that capacity, he led the organisation’s global functions, including finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, legal, technology, and shared services. Before that, he was the group chief executive officer of Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd, a publicly listed food and beverage company headquartered in Singapore.

Samuel holds Dual Executive MBAs from INSEAD Business School and Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and completed the Strategic Restaurant Management Executive Program from Cornell University.

Samuel had previously lived and worked in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing, and brings deep regional expertise as well as a broad international perspective to his leadership role at SATS.
