The SATS Graduate Associate Programme (GAP) is a 1-year dynamic development programme designed to give university graduates first-hand insights and exposure to key aspects of SATS’ business, preparing you for a rewarding career and accelerate your professional growth.

GAP lets you learn through rotations, on-the-job training, projects and mentorship across different business functions, helping you develop both functional knowledge and essential career skills.

For Finance majors, our new GAP Finance Specialisation Track offers hands-on exposure in Strategic Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering and transformation projects - fast-tracking your development for impactful finance roles.

Upon successful completion of the programme, GAP participants are assigned to a permanent role in one of SATS’ business units.


Application and Selection Process

Applications are open from December to February for the annual July intake.

SATS welcome graduates from all disciplines to apply.

Applicants will go through a comprehensive, robust selection and assessment process that includes:

  • Stage 1 : Psychometric assessment
  • Stage 2 : Case Study Discussion
  • Stage 3 : Interview with Senior Management
  • Stage 4 : Offer

SATS GAP is an accelerated 1-year programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to undergo an intensive 1-year structured job rotation programme. You will embark on special projects, receive mentoring and coaching from the respective Business Units, and network with senior management.

SATS welcome graduates from all degree majors.

You will get the opportunity to experience SATS three main functional streams: Gateway Services, Food Solutions and Corporate Services. Your rotation assignment across these functional streams will be based on business needs.

SATS GAP will commence in July 2026, so you should expect to receive our offer by May 2026.
