Available Roles


  • Manage and maintain accurate staff details for preparation and consolidation of monthly workforce and compliance reports.
  • Provide structured administrative support to operational teams by maintaining up‑to‑date staff records, supporting personnel lifecycle activities.
  • Drive operational excellence by supporting the standardisation, streamlining, continuous improvement of administrative and workforce processes.

  • Handle core daily treasury activities to ensure smooth cash flow operations.
  • Support and prepare loan and interest schedules, and bank reconciliations for month‑end and quarterly closing.
  • Contribute to accounting system enhancement initiatives and provide support for ad‑hoc finance tasks to maintain strong financial governance.

  • Oversee projects and facility management activities, including preparing Property Work Requisitions.
  • Conducting onsite verification of completed works.
  • Performing general premises checks.

  • Assist with hiring activities, including job postings and resume screening.
  • Liaison for career fairs and engagement events by planning, coordinating and participating in onsite activities.
  • Support recruitment reporting by collating, analysing and presenting data for meetings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to identify, assess and mitigate HSSE risks, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace environment.
  • Support and participate in HSSE governance activities, internal and external audits, and safety improvement programmes.
  • Provide timely insights to support informed decision‑making through monitoring of safety KPIs, statistics, and reporting.

  • Partner with operational teams to understand job roles through on‑the‑ground immersion, identifying competency requirements and gaps within existing training programmes.
  • Design, review and enhance training solutions, which may include learning materials, assessments and multimedia content.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through audits, feedback and performance observations to drive continuous improvement in training delivery and effectiveness.

  • Shape and maintain high‑quality regulatory documentation, insights and reporting aligned with internal governance standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support compliance reviews, assessments, audits and regulatory inspections by coordinating evidence.
  • Support the monitoring of compliance risks, findings, remediation and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cargo‑related projects within agreed timelines, scope and budget.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support project decisions, process improvements and performance tracking within cargo import operations.
  • Conduct operational and warehouse safety audits (including forklift and tractor safety) to enhance compliance and risk management.
