SATS Ltd. invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a comprehensive healthcare and claims administration program covering approximately 12,000 employees across 15 entities in Singapore. The scope includes Segment 1: Employee Health Services, Segment 2: Foreign Worker Medical Insurance (FWMI) and Segment 3: Claims Management Services.
Contract Term: 3 years commencing 1 June 2026, with an option to extend for 2 years.
Vendors may bid for one or more segments. SATS reserves the right to appoint a single or multiple service partners.

1. New to Ariba
Please provide the following for Ariba onboarding purposes: company full name, registered business address first name & last name of contact person, phone number and email. Refer to Ariba registration form attached.
Details to be emailed to M Kathiresan at Kathiresan_M@sats.com.sg by 10 Dec 2025, 1200 hrs.
You will receive a link to submit proposal after onboarding process to Ariba is completed.
2. Existing SATS-Ariba Vendors
Please email us your expression of interest by 10 Dec 2025, 1700 hrs, to receive the invitation to submit your proposal.
3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Please sign the NDA and attach it in the email.
