SATS Catering Pte Ltd is calling a tender exercise for the provision of end-to-end uniform management services and laundry service. The site includes SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, 2, and lounges located in the transit zones of Changi Airport in T1, T2, and T3.

The vendor will take over the below key activities (details are listed further down):

1. Laundry (Inclusive of collection and delivery to stated locations). Details listed below.
2. Supply brand new uniforms. Cook Jacket, Cook Pants, Dustcoat (complete with SATS logo, RFID tag and embroidered name)
3. Support new uniform design changes (when necessary).
4. Do inventory management of uniforms.
5. Work with SATS-own Uniform Dispensing System (UDS).
6. Manage uniform distribution room and related distribution activities.
7. Call maintenance hotline for Uniform Dispensing system, liaise with maintenance vendor for various rectification of issues and keep a record of the issues.
8. Conduct the annual measurements and issuance exercises for refreshing the uniform stocks.

The contract is for the period start from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2029 (With an option to extend for 2 more years)

Tender Closing Date: 20 March 2026, 1200hrs (Singapore Time)

Tender document will be available on 03 March 2026 in Ariba. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted must be duly signed and stamped.
