SATS Food Solutions is inviting proposals for a future-ready, scalable, and integrated Planning Solution to strengthen Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Production Planning across its core Food Solutions operations. The scope includes Aviation Catering for SATS Catering (SATSCAT) and SATS Food Solutions Thailand (SFST), and Non-Aviation Food Solutions for SATS Food Services Singapore (SFS), supporting public-sector and institutional catering, and Country Foods (CF), supporting trading, distribution, and stockpile operations.

Building on existing capabilities, the solution is expected to improve forecast-to-execution reliability, increase planning automation, enhance inventory health, and strengthen governance across a highly dynamic food supply network. The platform must enable low-touch planning and management-by-exception, supported by clear thresholds, alerts, and exception workbenches, so planners focus on value-adding decisions. It should provide intuitive planning visibility, scenario-based decision support, expiry-aware planning, and end-to-end network optimisation, including tactical network optimisation to evaluate sourcing, production, capacity, and distribution trade-offs across the Food Solutions network. It must also support S&OP by enabling aligned demand and supply reviews, scenario comparison and decision capture, and translating approved decisions into executable plans and operational schedules. Seamless integration to SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required, with scalability and resilience to support long-term growth through reduced manual effort and improved decision quality.
