SATS Catering invites proposals from experienced refrigerant specialists to design, supply, install and commission a new refrigerant system @ SICC2.

The project aims to increase the freezer’s handling capacity to accommodate the growth. The scope of works includes design and build, submissions for approval to relevant Singapore authorities, civil and structural works, and other components, inspect and service, testing, commissioning, and certification to ensure the new equipment meet operational and safety requirement as stated in the tender documents.

Tender Opening Date: 06^th March 2026, 0830hrs (Singapore Time)

Tender Closing Date: 31^st March 2026, 1200hrs (Singapore Time)

Tender documents will be available for download in Ariba on 10 March 2026, 0830hrs. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted (in PDF file Format), must be duly signed and stamped. Tenderers to observe the closing date/time in Ariba.

b. Minimum BizSafe Level 3 Certification or equivalent

c. Yet-to-be registered in SATS-Ariba vendor list

Please complete the attached “Ariba Registration Form” and  Non-Disclosure Agreement and send to Peter Wong <peter_wongwk@sats.com.sg> for Ariba onboarding purposes latest by 10 March 2026, 1200hrs. You will receive a link from Ariba for submission of the bid after onboarding process to Ariba is completed. Please note that full tender documents will only be released to suppliers that have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
