This tender exercise involves the replacement of existing deteriorated acrylic panels at the rooftop area to improve weatherproofing performance and address recurring water leakage issues.
The scope of works generally includes the dismantling and disposal of existing acrylic panels, supply and installation of new acrylic roofing panels, replacement of associated sealants and waterproofing components, and all necessary making good works upon completion.
Tenderers are expected to conduct the necessary site assessment and propose the master programme for the works, proper cordoning of areas to ensure safe and timely completion of the works with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
