SATS invites qualified Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers to submit proposals for the provision of integrated maintenance, repair and minor works services across the SATS Maintenance Centre, Airfreight Terminals, and premises within Passenger Terminal Buildings 1 to 4. The tender covers the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, building, fire protection and plumbing systems, supported by asset lifecycle management, emergency response services, facilities digitalisation, IoT-enabled monitoring and sustainability-driven solutions.
Site visits will be arranged for the respective locations (i. SMC, ii. AFT, iii. PTB) in the week of 28 September 2026 – 02 September 2026. This is mandatory for all participating vendors.

Tender documents will be available for download in Ariba on 23 September 2026, 8:30 am. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted (in PDF file Format), must be duly signed and stamped. Tenderers to observe the closing date/time in Ariba.
