The proposed works involve the construction and fit-out of a new food production kitchen, associated cold room, and processing areas within the existing facility. The scope includes the necessary architectural, structural and M&E works to support the new kitchen and processing equipment, including equipment plinths, building services, utilities, ventilation, electrical power, plumbing and drainage, and other associated infrastructure works required for the installation and operation of the new equipment, within an operational live building. The works will also require close coordination with the various kitchen, processing and specialist equipment vendors to ensure that equipment requirements, interfaces, services and installation provisions are properly integrated into the overall design and construction works.
