This Tender is to carry out the following replacement works:

• Replace the kitchen waste pipes system, and its necessary fittings located at SATS Airfreight Terminal 5, Core K, 30 Airline Road, Singapore 819830; The Contractor shall supply and install epoxy coated cast iron hubless pipes with a total length of approximately 300 metres, up to 153mm diameter, complete with all necessary fittings, supports, brackets/hangers, and painting.
• Replace the toilet waste pipes system, and its necessary fittings located at SATS Airfreight Terminal 6, Core N, 20 Airline Road, Singapore 819833. The Contractor shall supply and install epoxy coated cast iron hubless pipes with a total length of approximately 900 metres, up to 153 mm diameter, complete with all necessary fittings, supports, hangers, and painting.

The project will be carried out on premises where operations will still be ongoing. The Contractor is required to take into consideration during the planning and implementation of the project to minimize disruptions to the existing operations. Works may need to be carried out after office hours, night works or weekends/ public holidays or tie in the works together with the operations repair works for the various Airfreight Terminals based on the discretion and advice by SATS.
